The paper aims to understand and expand the idea of ardent devotees Hindu Dharma who devoutly follow Bhagavad Gita, inarguably epitome principles Hinduism, having imbibed it in their way living, be professionally or personally, thereby adhering learning out it, both directly indirectly thus resulting decisions which are rational. present research delves on four levels, namely obedience, anticipation, creation fulfilment public expectation towards how same is relevant today’s extremely competitive corporate environment.
